Ivelice's focus is on Property development and creating the overall theme for short-term rental properties. She is also responsible for our day-to-day on-site teams (housekeepers, landscapers etc.) communicating all of our business needs and developing action plans to accomplish each day's goals. Her Civic Engineering background along with her ability to speak English and Spanish is critical to the company’s success.

Nate’s focus is the continued successful growth of client relations, he leads the hospitality side of the business along with the overall growth and development of the company. 20 Plus years in overall hospitality is one of his biggest assets in his roles.

Benj’s focus in the company is the smooth operations of the organization and it's technology needs. He further adds to the team in leading research & development efforts. 20 Plus years of technology and editing experience is key in making sure the company is using the best updated technology for overall management success.

Mark's experience as both an architect and builder is critical when it comes implementing new development and designs with both our on going and future projects.
